Orders must be placed by 3pm Malaysia (GMT+8) to be processed on the same business day.

If the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a replacement / refund / other instructions.

Packing and Processing Time: 1-2 business days.( We don't post parcel on Saturaday & Sunday)

Courier Delivery Time:
West Malaysia – 1-3 business days
East Malaysia – 2-5 business days

General Delivery Days
Monday – Friday

Orders shipped within Peninsular Malaysia can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time.

The majority of orders shipped to the Peninsular Malaysia can be expected within 2 - 4 business days

Change / Cancellation Of Order
Should you need to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately. We will accept the change/order if the goods have not been delivered.

International Shipping
Shipping to other international destinations is available. Kindly email us to quote for international postage.

We are using EasyParcel, mainly Pgeon Express, Poslaju Malaysia, and Flash Express.
